PRESSURE ISOLATION VALVE

Engineered for safe, economical isolation of pressure instruments and safety equipment during calibration and maintenance. Configurable as a single isolation valve or a Double Block & Bleed (DBB) Pressure Isolation Valve for positive isolation with a bleed between balls. End-connection choices include 2″ MNPT × 2″ FNPT or ASME Class 150–1500 integral flange × 2″ FNPT. 

PRODUCT OVERVIEW​

The Argus Pressure Isolation Valve simplifies pressure-system work by placing lockable, blowout-proof isolation right at the instrument take-off. Two 1/2″ FNPT accessory ports support gauges, vents, or transmitters without extra fittings. For critical work permits or sites demanding verifiable zero energy, choose the DBB model with two independent isolation balls and a 1/2″ FNPT drain/bleed port between them.

DOUBLE BLOCK & BLEED PRESSURE

Argus Pig Valves are compatible with a wide range of inline inspection (ILI) tools used globally by hundreds of operators. This includes MFL, EMAT, and UT technologies from leading providers such as ROSEN, KMAX, and Quest. Argus works closely with ILI tool manufacturers to ensure seamless integration and reliable performance across inspection programs.
